本ページはアプリ「Valence Lab」に固有の事項を定めます。事業者情報・利用者の権利・ 広告（Google AdMob）の詳細・改定手続きなど、当方のアプリに共通する事項は 共通プライバシーポリシーをあわせてご参照ください。
第1条（端末内に保存する情報）
- ゲームの進行：発見した分子（未知の組み合わせを含む）、研究ポイント、 解放した元素と開いたヒント、見た目・効果音・振動の設定、デイリーミッション・実績、チュートリアルの進行、 遊んだ日数、ボンベの残量、持ち物。
- 購入の反映：ゴールド会員を購入済みかどうか。購入した補充アイテムは持ち物として保存します。 決済情報や取引の記録は保存しません。
- レビュー依頼の記録：ストア評価の依頼を表示した日時と回数。
これらは端末内にのみ保存します。当方のサーバーへは送信しません。 本アプリには当方のサーバー、クラウド同期、アカウント登録はありません。 氏名・メールアドレス等の入力も求めません。
第2条（端末外へ出る情報）
- 広告の配信：画面下部のバナー広告と、任意の動画広告（リワード広告）に Google AdMob を使用します。 動画を見るとヒントやボンベ補充などのゲーム内特典を受け取れます。 画面を切り替えるたびに出る広告はありません。 広告 SDK は、広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止・分析のため、広告識別子などの端末識別子、 IPアドレス、広告の表示や操作に関する情報、アプリの起動などの操作情報、 クラッシュや性能などの診断情報を取得し、Google へ送信します。 IPアドレスからおおよその地域が推定される場合があります。 本アプリは端末の位置情報の権限を要求しません。 第3条の同意管理の仕組みも、地域の判定と同意画面の表示のため、IPアドレスや操作・性能に関する情報を Google へ送信します。
- アプリ内課金：購入と購入の復元は Apple または Google のストアが処理します。 本アプリは購入結果を受け取り、ゴールド会員や補充アイテムの付与に使います。 当方はクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得しません。
- ストア評価の依頼：OS 標準の機能で表示します。評価の内容を当方が受け取ることはありません。
- 外部のストアページ：メニューから他の POYOFARM アプリのストアページを開けます。 移動先ではそのサービスの規約とポリシーが適用されます。
ゲームの進行は外部へ送信しません。分子づくりは通信なしで遊べます。
第3条（広告の同意とトラッキング）
欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイスなど、広告に同意の取得が求められる地域では、 起動後に Google の同意管理（User Messaging Platform）の画面で選択をうかがいます。 選択が確定し、広告を要求してよいと判定されるまで、本アプリは広告を要求しません。 選択はいつでも変更できます。ホームの「メニュー」から「設定」を開き、「広告のプライバシー設定」を選んでください。 この項目は、同意の管理が必要な地域でだけ表示されます。 米国の一部の州など、他の地域の規制に基づく選択肢も、Google の設定に応じて同じ仕組みで表示される場合があります。
iOS では、チュートリアルのあと初めて図鑑を開いたときに、許可の目的を短く説明してから OS の「トラッキングの許可」（App Tracking Transparency）を確認します。同意の管理が必要な地域では、上記の選択が先です。 この確認を経ずに動画を見ようとした場合は、未選択であればそのときに確認します。許可した場合に限り、広告識別子（IDFA）が 広告に利用されます。許可しない場合は非パーソナライズ広告を要求します。 許可しなくてもゲームと動画の特典は利用できます。 ただし、許可しない場合でも広告の配信に必要な情報の処理はすべては止まりません。 この選択は、端末の「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「トラッキング」から変更できます。
Android では、広告識別子の利用は端末の「広告 ID」の設定と、上記の同意の選択に従います。
ゴールド会員を購入すると、本アプリは新たな広告の読み込みと表示をやめます。
Google による情報の取り扱いは Google のパートナーのサイトやアプリでのデータ使用と Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
第4条（アプリが要求する権限）
- トラッキングの許可（iOS）：関連性の高い広告の表示に使います。許可しなくても利用できます。
- ネットワーク・アプリ内課金・広告 ID（Android）：広告の配信と購入に使います。 確認画面は出ません。
位置情報・カメラ・写真・連絡先・マイク・通知の権限は要求しません。
第5条（保存期間と削除）
- 第1条の情報は、アプリを削除するか、OS の設定でアプリのデータを削除すると消去されます。 当方のサーバーには保存していないため、当方で削除する対象はありません。
- 端末のバックアップ（iCloud・Google のバックアップ等）に含まれた情報は、端末とバックアップの設定に従います。
- Apple・Google の購入記録は、アプリを削除しても消えません。ゴールド会員は購入の復元で戻せます。 補充アイテムは消耗品のため、復元の対象になりません。
- Google が広告の配信で取得した情報は、Google のポリシーに従って扱われます。 広告識別子は端末の設定からリセットや利用の制限ができます。
第6条（お子様のご利用について）
本アプリはお子様から個人情報を意図的に収集しません。氏名・住所・メールアドレス等の入力も求めません。 ただし、広告の配信のために Google AdMob が第2条の情報を取得します。 お子様が利用する場合は、保護者の方の管理のもとでご利用ください。

Privacy Policy (Valence Lab)

This page covers matters specific to the Valence Lab app by POYOFARM. Our general privacy policy (in Japanese) covers matters common to our apps. The key points are also summarized below.
1. Information stored on your device
- Game progress: discovered molecules (including unknown combinations), research points, unlocked elements and hints, visual, sound, and vibration settings, daily missions, achievements, tutorial progress, days played, cylinder levels, and inventory.
- Purchase status: whether ad removal has been purchased. Purchased refills are stored as inventory items. We do not store payment details or transaction records.
- Review prompt history: when and how often a store review prompt was shown.
This information stays on your device. We do not send it to our servers. The app has no server of ours, no cloud sync, and no account. It does not ask for your name or email address.
2. Information that leaves your device
- Advertising: The app uses Google AdMob for a banner ad at the bottom of the screen and for optional rewarded videos. Watching a video gives in-game benefits such as hints or cylinder refills. There are no interstitial ads. For ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and analytics, the ad SDK collects and sends to Google device identifiers such as the advertising ID, your IP address, information about ads shown and your interactions with them, app interactions such as launches, and diagnostic data such as crashes and performance. Your IP address may be used to estimate your general location. The app does not request location permission. Google's consent tool (see section 3) also sends your IP address and information about app interactions and performance to Google to determine your region and show the consent form.
- In-app purchases: Apple or Google processes purchases and restores. The app uses the result to remove ads or add refill items. We do not receive payment card numbers.
- Review prompts: shown by the operating system. We do not receive your rating.
- Store pages: The menu can open store pages for other POYOFARM apps. Those services' terms and policies apply there.
Game progress is never sent off your device. Building molecules works offline.
3. Ad consent and tracking
In regions that require consent for ads, such as the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, the app shows Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) after launch. The app does not request ads until your choice is recorded and ads are allowed. You can change your choice at any time: on the Home screen, open Menu, choose Settings, then "Ad privacy settings". This item appears only in regions where consent management is required. Choices under other regional laws, such as certain US state laws, may appear through the same system depending on Google's settings.
On iOS, when you first open the Codex after the tutorial, the app briefly explains the purpose and then asks for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). In regions that require consent, the consent choice above comes first. If you try to watch a video without having gone through this step, the app asks then, if you have not decided yet. Only if you allow it is the advertising identifier (IDFA) used for ads. If you decline, the app requests non-personalized ads. Gameplay and video rewards remain available. Declining does not stop all data processing needed to deliver ads. You can change this in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
On Android, use of the advertising ID follows your device's Ads settings and your consent choices above.
After you purchase ad removal (Gold Member), the app stops loading and showing new ads.

4. Permissions
- Tracking (iOS): used to show more relevant ads. The app works without it.
- Network, billing, and advertising ID (Android): used for ads and purchases. No permission prompt is shown.
The app does not request location, camera, photos, contacts, microphone, or notification permissions.
5. Retention and deletion
- Deleting the app, or clearing its data in your device settings, erases the information in section 1. We hold none of it on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete.
- Information included in device backups (such as iCloud or Google backups) follows your device and backup settings.
- Apple and Google keep purchase records after the app is deleted. Ad removal can be restored. Refill items are consumables and are not restored.
- Information Google collects for ads is handled under Google's policies. You can reset or limit the advertising ID in your device settings.
6. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not ask for names, addresses, or email addresses. However, Google AdMob collects the information in section 2 to deliver ads. Children should use the app under a parent's or guardian's supervision.
Your rights and changes
You may contact us to ask about, correct, or delete information about you. We do not hold gameplay data on our servers. For information collected by Google for ads, use Google's controls and your device settings. We may update this policy. The updated policy takes effect when posted on this page.
